Wallamigo aps receives payments made with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the product is dispatched. 

All amounts are in EUR and are inclusive of taxes.
Wallamigo uses currency converter to help our customers see pricing in their own currency. Therefore it is also possible to view prices in USD, AUD, GBP, SEK, DKK

Period of warranty 
There is a statutory warranty period of two years. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. 

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by the incorrect use of the product. 

Wallamigo aps will cover all reasonable costs for returning the product. 

When returning products

Packages sent on a cash-on-delivery basis are not accepted.

If reimbursement is agreed, you are asked to supply your bank details, to enable us to transfer the agreed amount. 

Items purchased from our online store may be returned within 14 days.This period is counted from the date you receive the order. 

You will need to pay the costs for returning items yourself. 

Please notify us of any unwanted items within 14 days. These must be returned to us no later than 14 days after your notification. 

The notification should be given by email at info@wallamigo.com. The notification should contain clear advice that you wish to exercise your cancellation right. 

The condition of the product when you return it to us 
You are only liable for a deterioration in the value of the product due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. In other words - you can try out the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. 

If the product trial exceeds what is described above, we will consider it as having been used, which means that, when returning the product as an unwanted item, you will only receive back a part of the purchase amount or none at all, regardless of the product’s commercial value. 

In order to receive the whole purchase amount in return, you will need to do what you would do in a physical store. You may try out the product, but not put it to actual use.
